All rights reserved.SettingsSettings allows you to determine how your phone numberswill be viewed and how much memory remains in thecontacts list.In the standby mode, select Contacts > Settings and oneof the following:Scrolling view—Specify how names and numbers areviewed in the contacts list.Memory status—View the amount of space available inthe contacts list.Speed diallingYou can associate any entry in the contacts list with a keyfrom 2–9. To dial those entries, press and hold theassigned key. Speed dialling must be turned on to use thismethod.Press the assigned key and the call key to speeddial at anytime.Assign a key to speed dialling1 In the standby mode, select Contacts > speed dialling.2 Select any empty slot and Assign.3 Enter the number (including the area code), and selectOK; or select Search to retrieve a number from thecontacts list.4 Enter the contact name for the number, and select OK.If speed dialling is off, the device displays a promptasking if you would like to turn speed dialling on.5 Select Yes to activate speed dialling.Change speed dialling numbers1 In the standby mode, select Contacts > speed dialling.2 Select the speed dialling entry you wish to change andOptions > Change.3 Enter the new number and select OK; or select Searchto view the contacts list and select a new number.4 Enter a name for the entry, and select OK.Delete speed dialling numbers1 In the standby mode, select Contacts > speed dialling.2 Select the speed dialling location you wish to delete.3 Select Options > Delete > OK to delete the keyassignment.Edit contacts list entries1 In the standby mode, scroll down to display thecontents of your contacts list.
