The charger can also be used together with theoptional Compact Desktop Charging Stand (CHH-2)and Light Desk Stand (CHH-2L).Fast Cigarette Lighter Charger (LCH-2)You can charge the phonebattery from your vehiclebattery by using the FastCigarette Lighter Charger(LCH-2). You can also use thecharger with stands CHH-2and CHH-2L (describedbelow). Calls are possibleduring charging.A green light indicates thecharger is ready for charging (when not charging) orfinished charging (if it has been charging). A red lightindicates charging. The battery charging times are thesame as those for the Fast Travel Charger (ACH-4U).The input voltage range is from 10 to 30V DC, negativegrounding. Avoid prolonged charging with the FastCigarette Lighter Charger (LCH-2) when the car engineis not running; this may cause the battery of your car todrain. Note also that in some cars the cigarette lighterplug is not provided with electricity if the ignition is notswitched on.Fuse ReplacementThe Fast Cigarette Lighter Charger contains aprotective fuse. The fuse is located in the charger tip.If the charger does not work, the fuse may be blown,in which case replace it with a 3 amp. 125 volt fuse.Never use a fuse with a higher rating.Compact Desktop Charging Stand (CHH-2)The Compact DesktopCharging Stand (CHH-2)allows you to place both thephone and a spare battery forcharging at the same time inthe stand. It is compatible withall battery options.51
