To end the conference call, selectOptions > End all calls, or press theend key.■ Answer callsAnswer or silence anincoming call1. To answer the call, press the callkey or select Answer.2. To reject the call, press the end key.Select Silence to mute the ringingtone. Select Dismiss or do nothing,and the call is eventuallyforwarded to voice mail.If your phone is set to Silent in theProfiles menu, select Dismiss, andthe call is forwarded to voice mail.Adjust the earpiece volumePress the up arrow or down arrow onthe volume key located on the rightside of your phone to adjust thevolume of the earpiece.When adjusting the volume, a barchart appears in the display indicatingthe volume level.Answer a call with thekeypad lockedTo answer a call with the keypadlocked, simply press the call key.During the call, all features function asnormal. When you end or reject thecall, the keypad automatically relocks.See “Keyguard”, p. 11 for details.When the device is locked, calls may bepossible to the official emergencynumber programmed into your device.Use the loudspeakerWarning: Do not hold thedevice near your ear whenthe loudspeaker is in usebecause the volume may beextremely loud.You can use your phone loudspeakerduring a call:• To activate the loudspeaker, selectLoudsp.• To deactivate the loudspeaker,select Normal.The loudspeaker is deactivatedautomatically when a call or a callattempt ends or when certainenhancements are connected.
