When you enter + atthe beginning of a phone number, yourphone automatically inserts theinternational prefix that you havestored.Store an international prefix1. In standby mode, select Menu >Settings > Call > Internationalprefix.2. Enter the international prefix (forexample, 011), and select OK.Use the international prefixIn standby mode, press the * key twiceto bring up the + symbol, and thephone number you want to call, forexample, +33934546789.The phone dials the internationalprefix you have stored in your phoneand the phone number you haveentered. In the example, the phonedials 011.33.9.3454.6789.Data and fax callsReceive data or fax callsData/fax calls.If your wireless service provider ornetwork operator supports this feature,you can set up the phone to send orreceive data or fax calls when aterminal, such as a PDA or PC, isconnected. See “Network services”,p. viii, for more information.For better performance during datacalls, place the phone on a stationarysurface. Select Data calls only or Fax callsonly.3. When you are finished receivingthe fax or data call, repeat steps 1and 2, and select Normal.View data transferYou can view the transmission speedwhen sending or receiving data or faxcalls. In standby mode, select Menu >Settings > Call > Data/fax calls > Datarate display > Graphic or Off.
