Menu functions19English Phone book(Menu 1)In this menu you can use thefollowing functions:• Search: Recalls the desired nameand phone number from the Phonebook e.g. for calling. See Making acall with Phone book on page 7.• Service Nos.: Calls the servicenumber of your service providerstored in your SIM card.• Add name: Allows you to store aname and phone number in thePhone book (see also “Storing aphone number” on page 8).• Erase: Allows you to delete namesand phone numbers from thePhone book one by one or all atonce.• Edit: Allows you to modify thestored names and phone numbers.• Assign tone: Sets the phone toplay the desired ringing tone whenyou receive a call from a particularphone number. Scroll to thecaller’s name or phone number,press (Assign), and select thedesired ringing tone.• Send b’card: Allows you to send aname and phone number to acompatible phone.• Options - Type of view:Determines how the stored phonenumbers and names are shown.• Options - Memory status: Showshow many names and phonenumbers can still be stored and arecurrently stored in the Phone book.• Speed dials: Sets the desirednumber key ( to ) to workas a speed dialling key. Scroll tothe desired key, press(Assign), and select a name orphone number.• Voice tags: You can dial a phonenumber by saying one or morewords (’voice tags’), for example aname, attached to it. This functionallows you to record a voice tag toany phone numbers stored in thePhone book. You can also listen to,change, and erase the recordedvoice tags.To record a voice tag: Select Addvoice tag, select the desired nameor phone number, and press(Start). Say clearly the word(s) youwant to record as a voice tag.
