S e t t i n g s61To call the allowed phone number, instandby mode, scroll down to highlightthe number you want to call, or enter iton the keypad; press the call key toplace the call.Change lock codeThe preset lock code, by default, is thelast five digits of your phone number.Depending on your wireless serviceprovider or network operator, thepreset lock code can be a five digitnumber such as 12345 or 00000.If none of these work, contact yourwireless service provider or networkoperator for help.To ensure the security of your device,you may want to change the presetlock code to your own selected fivedigit number. Avoid using codes similarto emergency numbers such as 111 or000 or 911 to prevent accidentaldialling of the emergency number.If you enter an incorrect lock code fivetimes in a row, your device may ask youfor the security code. By default, thesecurity code is 12345, a five digitnumber.Note: With the wrong lockcode entered five times insuccession, your phone will notaccept your correct lock codefor 5 minutes, even if youpower off the device betweenincorrect entries.1. Reenter the new lock code forverification, and select OK.When changing your lock code, makesure you store it in a safe place, awayfrom your device. With any numbers entered asallowed numbers, all those entered asblocked numbers are ignored. With anumber blocked, the phone blocks anycall from it, and send the caller to thevoice mail.1.
