45Find the contact to which you want to add a detail, and select Details > Options > Add detail.Select from the available options.■ Copy or move contactsYou can move and copy contacts from the phone memory to the SIM card memory, or viceversa. The SIM card can save names with one phone number attached to them.To move or copy contacts one by one, select Menu > Phonebook > Names. Scroll to thecontact, and select Options > Move contact or Copy contact.To move or copy multiple contacts, select Menu > Phonebook > Names. Scroll to a contact,and select Options > Mark. Mark the other contacts, and select Options > Move marked orCopy marked.To move or copy all contacts, select Menu > Phonebook > Move contacts or Copy contacts.■ Edit contact detailsFind the contact, and select Details. To edit a name, number, or text item, or to change theimage, select Options > Edit. To change the number type, scroll to the desired number, andselect Options > Change type. To set the selected number as the default number, select Setas default.■ Synchronize allSynchronize your calendar, contacts data, and notes with a remote internet server (networkservice). For details see “Synchronize from a server,” p. 51.■ Delete contactsTo delete all the contacts and the details attached to them from the phone or SIM card memory,select Menu > Phonebook > Del. all contacts > From phone memory or From SIM card.To delete a contact, find the desired contact, and select Options > Delete contact.To delete a number, text item, or an image attached to the contact, find the contact, andselect Details. Scroll to the desired detail, and select Options > Delete and from theavailable options.■ Business cardsYou can send and receive a person’s contact information from a compatible device thatsupports the vCard standard as a business card.To send a business card, find the contact whose information you want to send, and selectDetails > Options > Send business card.When you have received a business card, select Show > Save to save the business card in thephone memory. To discard the business card, select Exit > Yes.
