However, therepeat notes, for example,birthday notes, will not bedeleted.Making a calendar noteFor keying in letters and numbers,see ”Writing text” on page 11.Press Menu and select Calendar.Scroll to the date you want, pressOptions and select Make a note.Select one of the following notetypes:• Meeting - Key in the note, orsearch for the name in the phonebook, and press OK. Then key inthe time for the meeting andpress OK. If you like, select Alarmon and then the alarm time forthe note.• Call - Key in the phonenumber you want, press OK, andkey in the name and press OK, orsearch for them in the phonebook. Then key in the time for thecall and press OK. If you like,select Alarm on and then thealarm time for the note.• Birthday - Key in the person’sname (or search for it in thephone book), and press OK. Thenkey in the date of birth, and pressOK. Key in the year of birth(optional), and press OK. If youkey in the year, the note showsyou the person’s age after thename. If you like, select Alarm onand then the alarm time for thenote.• Memo - Key in the note andpress OK.When a tone alert is set, theindicator is displayed when youview the notes.When the phone alarmsfor a noteThe phone beeps, and displays thenote. With a call note on thedisplay, you can call the displayednumber by pressing . To stopthe alarm and view the note, pressView. To stop the alarm withoutviewing the note, press Exit.
