Record them and make calls in a quietenvironment.• When recording a voice tag or making a call by saying a voice tag, hold the phone in thenormal position near to your ear.• Very short names are not accepted. Use long names and avoid similar names for differentnumbers.Note: You must say the name exactly as you said it when you recorded it. This maybe difficult in, for example, a noisy environment or during an emergency, so youshould not rely solely upon voice dialling in all circumstances.Recording a voice tagPress or in standby mode, scroll to the desired name, and press Details.Press Options and select Add voice tag. Press Start and clearly say the word(s) youwant to record as the voice tag.Making a call using a voice tagPress and hold the right selection key ( ) or the voice key in standbymode until you hear a short tone. Say the voice tag clearly while holding thephone in the normal position near to your ear. The phone plays the voice tag anddials the related phone number.If no match for the voice tag is found or recognised, press Yes to say the voice tagagain, or press Exit or to return to standby mode.If you use a compatible headset, such as HDB-4 or HDW-2, press and hold theheadset button until you hear a short tone and say the voice tag clearly.
