Nokia 6800 User Guide 63 Copyright © Nokia 2003Menu functions• PROFILES (MENU 3)Your phone has a group of profiles that allow you to personalize the tone settingsof your phone and to activate a profile for different events and environments.Available profiles are Normal, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor, and Pager.Press Menu and select Profiles. Scroll to a profile and press Select.• To activate the selected profile, press Select.• To set the profile to be active for a certain amount of time up to 24 hours,select Timed and set the end time. When the time set for the profile expires,the previous profile that was not timed, becomes active.• To personalize the profile, select Customize. Select the setting you want tochange and make the changes.The settings can also be changed in the Tone settings menu. See “Tone settings”on page 69.In addition, with Profile name you can rename all but the Normal profile.Tip: To change the profile quickly in the start screen:• With the flip closed, press the power key f, scroll to the profile youwant to activate and press Select.• With the flip open, press b, scroll to the profile you want to activateand press Select.• SETTINGS (MENU 4)Right selection key settingsYou can program the right selection key to quickly access several features.1 Press Menu, then select Settings and Right selection key settings.2 Scroll through the list of features and press Mark at each feature you want toaccess with the right selection key.3 Press Done when finished.4 Scroll to Organize and press Select.5 Press Move and use the options (move up/down/to top/to bottom) to organizethe features in the order you want.6 Press Done when finished, then press and hold Back to return to the start screen.Now the right selection key is labeled Go to. To access the features:1 Press Go to and scroll to the feature you want.2 Press Select to access that feature.
