Toactivate the settings, press Back andOptions and select Activate.To view or to edit the user-definedsettings select the application thatyou want to view and select thesetting to edit.Security settingsWhen security features that restrictcalls are in use (such as call barring,closed user group and fixed dialling)calls may still be possible to theofficial emergency numberprogrammed into your device.Press Menu, and select Settings andSecurity settings. Select• PIN code request to set the phoneto request your PIN code everytime the phone is switched on.Some SIM cards do not allow thePIN code request to be turned off.• Call barring service (networkservice) to restrict incoming callsto and outgoing calls from yourphone. A barring password isrequired.• Fixed dialling to restrict youroutgoing calls to selected phonenumbers if this function issupported by your SIM card.• Closed user group (networkservice) to specify a group ofpeople whom you can call andwho can call you.
