Follow the text guideson the phone display. For more information, contact your service provider.If GPRS is selected as the data bearer, is shown on the top left of the displayduring browsing. If you receive a call or a text message, or make a call during an(E)GPRS connection, is shown on the top left of the display to indicate thatthe (E)GPRS connection is suspended (on hold). After a call, for example, thephone tries to reconnect the (E)GPRS connection.Use the phone keys while browsing• Use the spinner to browse through the page.• To select a highlighted item, press the call key, or select Options to select theoption for opening the link.• To enter letters, numbers, or special characters, press the middle selectionkey, and select the characters one by one from the bar.Options while browsingSelect Options, and the following options may be available: Shortcuts, Home,Add bookmark, Bookmarks, Page options, History, Downloads, Save to folder,Other options, Reload, and Quit. The service provider may also offer other options.Select Scroll right-left or Scroll up-down, to browse the content of the page.Direct callingThe browser supports functions that you can access while browsing. You canmake a voice call, send touch tones while a voice call is in progress, and save aname and a phone number from a page.Cache memoryTo empty the cache, do one of the following:• While browsing, select Options > Other options > Clear the cache• In the standby mode, select Menu > Web > Clear the cache.A cache is a memory location that is used to store data temporarily. If you havetried to access or have accessed confidential information requiring passwords,empty the cache after each use. The information or services you have accessed isstored in the cache.
