To make an emergency call while the deviceis in the offline or flight profiles, you may need to enter the unlock code and changethe device to a calling profile before making any call, including a call to anemergency number.Lock if SIM changed - You can set the game deck to ask for the lock code when anunknown, new SIM card is inserted into your game deck. The game deck maintains a list ofSIM cards that are recognised as the owner’s cards.Options in the Fixeddialling view: Open, Call,New contact, Edit,Delete, Add to Contacts,Add from Contacts, Help,and Exit.Fixed dialling - You can restrict your outgoing calls to selected phone numbers, if thisfunction is supported by your SIM card. You need the PIN2 code for this function. Whenthis function is active, you can only call those phone numbers that are included in the fixeddialling list or which begin with the same digit(s) as a phone number on the list.Note: When security features that restrict calls are in use (such as call barring,closed user group and fixed dialing) calls still may be possible to the officialemergency number programmed into your device.To view the list of Fixed dialling numbers, press and select Tools→ Fixed dialling.To add new numbers to the Fixed dialling list, select Options→ New contact or Add fromContacts.Closed user group (Network Service) - To specify a group of people to whom you can calland who can call you, select: Default to activate the group agreed on with the networkoperator, On to use another group (you need to know the group index number), or Off.Confirm SIM services (Network Service) - To set the game deck to display confirmationmessages when you are using a SIM card service.Certif. managementDigital certificates do not guarantee safety, they are used to verify the origins of software.
