See theCD-ROM supplied in thesales package.Important: E-mail messages may contain viruses or otherwise be harmful to yourdevice or PC. Do not open any attachment if you are not sure of the trustworthinessof the sender.1 When you have an open connection to a remote mailbox, select Options→ Retrieve e-mail→• New - to retrieve all new e-mail messages to your game deck.• Selected - to retrieve only the e-mail messages that have been marked.• All - to retrieve all messages from the mailbox.To cancel retrieving, press Cancel.E-mail status icons:new e-mail (offline oronline mode), the contenthas not been retrieved toyour game deck (arrowoutwards).new e-mail, thecontent has been retrievedto your game deck (arrowinwards).e-mail message hasbeen read.e-mail heading thathas been read and themessage content has beendeleted from the gamedeck.2 After you have retrieved the e-mail messages, you can continue viewing them online.Or, select Options→ Disconnect to close the connection and to view the e-mailmessages offline.3 To open an e-mail message, press . If the e-mail message has not been retrieved(arrow in the icon is pointing outwards) and you are offline, you will be asked if youwant to retrieve this message from the mailbox.• To view e-mail attachments, open a message that has the attachment indicatorand select Options→ Attachments. If the attachment has a dimmed indicator, it hasnot been retrieved to the game deck, select Options→ Retrieve. In the Attachmentsview, you can retrieve, open, or save attachments. You can also send attachments viaBluetooth.Tip! If your mailbox uses the IMAP4 protocol, you can decide whether to retrieve e-mail headings only, messages only, or messages and attachments. With the POP3protocol, the options are e-mail headings only or messages and attachments. See‘Settings for e-mail’, p. 68.
