You can use a wireless LAN (WLAN)access point device or a WLAN router to create ahome network. Then you can connect compatibleUPnP devices that support WLAN to the network.Compatible devices may be your mobile device, acompatible PC, sound system, or television, or acompatible wireless multimedia receiver connectedto a sound system or a television.To use the WLAN function of your device in a homenetwork, you must have a working WLAN homeconnection setup and have other UPnP enabledhome devices to connect to the same homenetwork. See "Wireless LAN", p. 40.After setting up your home network you can sharephotos, music, and video with your friends andfamily at home. You are also able to store yourmedia to a media server or retrieve media files froma compatible home server. You can play musicstored in your Nokia N85 using a DLNA certifiedhome stereo system, controlling the playlists andvolume levels directly from your Nokia N85. You canalso view images captured with the camera of yourNokia N85 on a compatible TV screen, all controlledwith the Nokia N85 over WLAN.The home network uses the security settings of theWLAN connection. Use the home network feature ina WLAN infrastructure network with a WLAN accesspoint device and encryption enabled.You can share and synchronise media files in yourmobile device with other compatible UPnP devicesusing the home network.
