TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES5.1 Before Troubleshooting(1) Check the basic check items covered in the user’s manual.(2) Obtain much information about problems from users whenever possible.(3) Perform inspections in conditions close to those in which problems occurred.5.2 Checking before Troubleshooting Image Problems(1) Is the printer operating environment proper?(2) Has the consumables (toner, drum cartridges) been replaced properly?(3) Is the paper proper?
