Entries in the address book are used to specify e-mail addresses and/or fax numbers for fax transmission and Scan to E-mail.In the address book, you can register up to 3000 contacts, which can contain a fax number, an e-mail address, or both ineach contact. When the FAX Unit (optional) is installed, you can also specify the option settings for the fax transmission ineach contact, such as transmission type, ECM, quality transmission, line select, and subaddress settings.You can use the registered fax numbers to specify the destinations for fax transmissions only when the FAX Unit(optional) is installed.In the ADDRESS BOOK menu, you can perform the following operations to manage contacts. P.31 “Registering contacts” P.37 “Editing contacts” P.39 “Deleting contacts” P.41 “Searching for contacts”You can import and export address book data in the TopAccess administrator mode.
