Check to be sure that the printer driver you have selected inyour software matches the printer emulation.2. Press SHIFT and SEL keys, then press GROUP key.This will print a line showing the emulation you have selected.3. If you have embedded any printer commands in your software,check to be sure that you entered them correctly.ProblemInk smears on the paper when I print narrow columns.SolutionThis may be caused by excessive printhead travel from the centeringposition. Enter the Menu and set the Centring Position to MODE 1.
