Exchange units maybe new or repaired/reconditioned, at the option of OkiData: the exchange unit becomes the property of thecustomer when the returned machine has been picked upby Oki Data’s designated carrier. The exchangeOKIOFFICE 87 will be warranted for thirty (30) days orthe remaining warranty period of the originally purchasedOKIOFFICE 87, whichever is longer.Note: Available in the United States and Canada.If you choose to use our Overnight Exchange service,call 1-800-OKI-DATA (1-800-654-3282): our trained per-sonnel will try to solve your problem over the phone. Ifthey determine that your OKIOFFICE 87 hardware isdefective, an exchange unit will be shipped to you via airexpress. Have your credit card available, as our repre-sentative will be asking for this information. You willreceive the exchange unit the next business day—or nolater than the second business day.Return the original product to Oki Data by using thesame packaging materials you received with the ex-change OKIOFFICE 87. You must pack the unit accord-ing to the instructions on the package.
