When the OkiLAN 6010epowers up, it will detect the detached net-work cable and print a configuration sheet. Ifno configuration sheet is printed and theindicator has turned green, check the printerand verify it is ready to print. If you areusing boot protocols (RARP or BOOTP) toassign the IP address, the IP address will belisted as Using network protocol (0.0.0.0) onthe configuration page.Unable to PrintLPR/LP• If the indicator blinks green, the OkiLAN6010e is receiving data. If nothing is actu-ally printing, check the printer settings. Forexample, if you are using a PostScriptprinter, verify the OkiLAN 6010e is also setto PostScript.• Try pinging the OkiLAN 6010e by its IPaddress (not the hostname). This will verifythe unit is functioning on the network.
