Position5.1.3 Punch unit edge detectionFunctions • To adjust the position of the punch hole in the main scanning direction when ZU is inuse.Use • Make the adjustment upon setup of ZU-603.AdjustmentSpecification• Make copies in the punch mode and adjust so that width B falls within the range of thefollowing specifications.• Standard value: B = 10.5 mm• Setting range: -10.0 mm to +10.0 mm (Step = 0.1 mm)AdjustmentInstructions• To make width B greater: Enter the Value of [+]• To make width B smaller: Enter the Value of [-]Setting/Procedure1. Call the Service Mode to the screen.See P.434 of the main body service manual.2. Touch [Finisher] o [FS-FN adjustment].3. Touch [Punch Unit Hor. Position].4. Make the setting using [+] or [-].5. Touch [OK] twice.6. Touch [Exit] on the Service Mode screen.7. Turn OFF the main power switch. then, wait for 10 sec. or more and turn ON the mainpower switch.8.
