If your smartphone is notresponding or you have troublesynchronizing with your computer, a softreset may help. All your info is retainedwhen you perform a soft reset.1 Remove the battery from yoursmartphone, and then reinsert it.Don’t know how? SelectDone.Performing a system resetA system reset, also called a safe or warmreset, tells your smartphone to stop whatit’s doing and start over again withoutloading any system extras. If yoursmartphone loops or freezes during or aftera soft reset, a system reset may help.Performing a system reset can release yoursmartphone from an endless loop so thatyou can uninstall a third-party applicationthat may be causing the looping.1 Remove the battery from yoursmartphone.2 Press and hold Up while reinsertingthe battery.Don’t know how?
