Beaming distance toother devices with an IR port may be different.n Move your handheld closer to the receiving device.n Make sure the receiving device has beam receive enabled.When someone beams data tomy handheld, I get a messagetelling me it is out of memory.n Your handheld requires at least twice the amount ofmemory available as the data you are receiving. Forexample, if you are receiving a 30KB application, you musthave at least 60KB free.n Perform a soft reset. Make sure you have a passkeyin mind and that you enter it immediately when prompted.n If your passkey is rejected, your phone may have apreassigned passkey; see the documentation included withyour phone for information.
