GENERALINFORMATIONREGULAR MAINTENANCEThe purpose of periodic maintenance is to preserve thefunctioning of this machine throughout its useful life. Theuser or service dealer should perform these maintenanceregularly to ensure that maximum utility is obtained fromthe machine.The VCR is a complicated place of equipment. It containsmany belts, rollers, heads etc., which become worn, anddeteriorate as time goes by, causing trouble. Dust and dirtwill also impede the proper functioning of the machine. Inlight of this, it is very important that overall maintenancebe done according to the maintenance chart to maintain thefunctions of the VCR, and to avoid accidental problems.This maintenance should also be performed after anyrepairs are done on the equipment.MAINTENANCE CHARTThe VCR used for business applications requires particularattention for several reasons. The installation conditionsand applications are not always the best. Long use times, orpoor environmental conditions may adversely affect thelifespan and performance of the machine. Regularmaintenance assures that the purchaser obtains themaximum value for his expenditure. Grease (VFK0680) Wipe the old grease and apply new grease.1-25
