In addition,environmental requirements are included to ensure properoperation.2 System Overview Provides an overview of the DBS. The overview includesdescriptions of the cabinet, system configurations, printedcircuit cards, and the call processor.3 Cabinet Installation Explains how to install and power up the cabinet. Beforeyou begin installation, be sure to read Chapter 1 -“Requirements.”.4 Trunks and Lines Describes trunk and line installation. See the “PeripheralEquipment” chapter for instructions on connectingperipheral equipment through trunks or lines.5 PeripheralEquipmentDescribes peripheral equipment installation. Someperipheral equipment also requires trunk and/or lineinterfaces (door phones or power failure units, forexample).
