How thesegroups are played differs with the disc so read the instructions thatcame with the disc for further details.1 Press [GROUP].The group and track icons are displayed.2 Move the joystick [3, 4] to select thegroup number and press [ENTER].3 Move the joystick [3, 4] to select thetrack number and press [ENTER].The selected group and track begin to play.³You can also select groups with the numbered buttons. Press [1](play) to start playing the selected group.³Selection may not be allowed in some situations.Playing all the groups in succession (➡ page 17)Playing bonus groupsSome discs contain bonus groups. To enjoy these groups you mayhave to enter a password. Refer to the disc’s jacket.1. While stopped press [GROUP].2. Move the joystick [3, 4] to select the bonus group and press[ENTER].3. Enter the 4-digit password with the numbered buttons and press[ENTER].4. Move the joystick [3, 4] to select a track and press [ENTER] tostart play.³Some discs will show a menu screen for you to enter your pass-word. Follow the instructions on the screen.³The bonus group can be played as many times as you like after thepassword has been entered until the disc is removed from the unit.NoteIf you enter the wrong password, start again from the beginning. Youcan erase a digit by pressing [CANCEL].»C To enjoy even higher qualitysound—AUDIO ONLY[RAM] [DVD-A] [DVD-V] [VCD] [CD]You can enjoy higher quality audio by stopping the video signal.Press [AUDIO ONLY].³The AUDIO ONLY indicator on the main unit lights.³AUDIO ONLY is canceled if you press the button again or turn theunit off. The indicator goes out.NoteVideo signals are output while the disc is stopped and when opera-tions such as searching are performed.
