Playback Mode49Still Playback/Still AdvancePlaybackThis Camcorder is capable of still picture playbackand frame-advance playback.• Set to Tape Playback Mode.• The One-Touch Navigation icon is displayed on thelower right of the screen.1 Press the [►] Button.2 Press the [ ] Button.• The playback image stops in the Still PlaybackMode.3 Press the [◄Ι] Button or [Ι►] Button onthe Remote Control.• The [ΙΙ►] or [◄ΙΙ] Indication appears.• With each press of the [◄Ι] Button, still picturesadvance in the reverse direction.With each press of the [Ι►] Button, still picturesadvances in the forward direction. If one of thebuttons continues to be pressed, still picturesadvance continuously 1 frame at a time untilthe button is released. To Resume Normal PlaybackPress the [►] Button.Playback with Zoom Lever• If the Camcorder is left in the Still Playback Modefor more than 5 minutes, the Camcorder switchesto the Stop Mode to protect the video heads fromexcessive wear and tear.By pushing the [W/T] Lever of the Camcorder in theStill Playback Mode, still pictures can be advancedone frame at a time in the forward or backwarddirection.
