1.7 Useful Features1-78 OperationsParallel Connection of a Proprietary Telephone and Single LineTelephone (Parallelled Telephone Connection)Any extension connected to extension ports 01 through 16 can be connected in parallel with aproprietary telephone and a single line telephone. In the event of a power failure, CO1 andCO4 can be accessed using the single line telephones that are connected in parallel with theproprietary telephones to extension ports 01 and 09 respectively. If the extension receives acall, ringing will be heard from the proprietary telephone and the single line telephone. Youcan answer the call by using either the proprietary telephone or the single line telephone.
