OperationUser Manual 1492.8.15 Identifying Malicious Callers (Malicious CallIdentification [MCID])You can ask your telephone company to trace a malicious caller during a conversation or after theopposite party hangs up.You will receive information on the malicious call later on.To request MCID• A special arrangement with the ISDN carrier is required to utilise the MCID service. Consultyour dealer for further information.• The system is designed and manufactured in accordance with the following ETS (EuropeanTelecommunication Standard) specifications:ETS 300 130 Malicious Call Identification (MCID) supplementary service• The MCID service is only available for calls using an ISDN line. Not available during a three-party conference call.• After dialling 737, if you hear a reorder tone or do not hear any tone, your request is notaccepted. To request MCID again, press the TRANSFER button (DPT) ; or press theswitchhook lightly (SLT) and then dial 737 again.
