Customising Your Phone & System214 User Manual4.2.3 System Speed Dialling and Intelligent Call HandlingNumber Set (001)You can store the phone number of up to 700 for 2 functions Default : No entrySystem Speed Dialling Number (000 – 499): You can store the phone numbers of up to 500frequently dialled numbers (max. 32 digits).Intelligent Call Handling Number (000 – 699): Intelligent Call Handling distributes an incomingoutside call to a specific extension/group in accordance with DDI/MSN number provided byIntegrated Service Digital Network (ISDN) or caller's number (CLIP). Up to 500 CLIP numbers (000– 499) and 200 DDI/MSN numbers (500 – 699) can be stored. CLIP number of a caller is analysedprior to DDI/MSN number.
