OperationUser Manual 672.3.5 Deflecting a Call (Call Deflection)To deflect a call to your personal message boxTo deflect a call to your mailboxThis is only available for the DPT with display which has more than two lines. If,for example, you cannot answer the call because you are so busy, you cantransfer the call you are currently receiving to your personal message box (Built-in Voice Message) or your mail box (Voice Processing System).• If a call cannot be deflected because the voice message resource is busy, "BV.BOX Busy"will be displayed for 3 seconds.• If a call cannot be deflected because the voice message resource is full, "Voice MsgFull" will be displayed for 3 seconds.• If the OGM for your personal message box has not been stored, you cannot deflect the call.• If you have set Call Forwarding — No Answer, "EXT" will be displayed at the bottom line.To forward the call to the destination extension, press "EXT".• If you have set Call Forwarding — to CO Line, No Answer, "CO" will be displayed at thebottom line. To forward the call to the destination, press "CO".
