Answering System Features23Answering systemThe answering system can answer andrecord calls for you when you areunavailable to answer the phone.Important:L Only 1 person can access theanswering system (listen tomessages, record a greetingmessage, etc.) at a time.L When callers leave messages, theunit records the date and time of eachmessage. Make sure the date andtime have been set (page 12).Memory capacityThe total recording capacity (includingyour greeting message and callermessages) is about 20 minutes.
