Making/Answering Calls18Making calls1 Lift the handset and dial the phonenumber.L To correct a digit, press ^.2 {C}3 When you finish talking, press{ih} or place the handset on thebase unit or charger.Using the speakerphone1 Dial the phone number and press{s}.L Speak alternately with the otherparty.2 When you finish talking, press{ih}.Note:L For best performance, use thespeakerphone in a quiet environment.L To switch back to the receiver, press{C}.Adjusting the receiver or speakervolumePush the joystick up or down repeatedlywhile talking.Making a call using the redial listThe last 10 phone numbers dialled arestored in the redial list (each 24 digitsmax.).1 j (right soft key)2 {V}/{^}: Select the desired phonenumber.3 {C}/{s}L If {s} is pressed and the otherparty’s line is engaged, the unitautomatically redials multipletimes. While the handset iswaiting to redial, the ringerindicator flashes.
