Connecting to a PC or Printer90VQT0P83∫ Setting the date printing with theDPOF print in advanceWhen the printer supports the date printingby DPOF setting, we recommend settingthe date printing with the DPOF print inadvance. (P73) The recording date can beprinted by selecting [DPOF PICTURE] tostart printing.• Do not disconnect the USB connectioncable when the cable disconnectionwarning icon [ ] is indicated.• When the [¥] indication lights in orangeduring printing, the camera is receiving anerror message from the printer. Make surethere is no malfunction on the printer afterfinishing printing.• In DPOF print, if the total number of printsor the number of printed pictures is high,pictures may be printed several times.(The indication of the remaining number ofprints is different from the setting,however, this is not a malfunction.)• The setting on the printer may havepriority over the setting on the camera inthe date print. Also check the date printsetting on the printer.• If the printer does not support dateprinting, the date cannot be printed on thepicture.∫ Layout printing• When printing a picture several timeson 1 sheet of paperFor example, if you want to print a picture4 times on 1 sheet of paper, set [PAGELAYOUT] to [ ] and then set thenumber of prints to 4 for the picture on[NUM. OF PRINTS].• When printing different pictures on1 sheet of paper (only in DPOFprinting)For example, if you want to print 4 differentpictures on 1 sheet of paper, set [PAGELAYOUT] to [ ] and then set thenumber of prints to 1 on [COUNT] inDPOF print setting (P72) for each of the4 pictures.
