For details, refer to the operating instructions for the digital camera.Thumbnails are not displayed correctlyin the [Copy to PC] screen.Motion pictures recorded with devices not compatible, or motion pictures created with othersoftware cannot be displayed as a thumbnail, or “?” is displayed in the thumbnail and theycannot be played back.Motion pictureSymptom CheckMotion picture cannot be displayed.Only motion pictures that were recorded with a digital camera that had this software suppliedwith it, or recorded using this software can be displayed. (However, motion pictures in DVD-Video format are not compatible.)Motion pictures that were edited with another device or software cannot be displayed even ifrecorded by a digital camera that had this software supplied with it.Motion picture does not play backcorrectly.Close any other software if it is running.Try updating the device drivers for the sound card or video card.Depending on the [Windows Aero] function of the Windows, PC environment, or themotion picture to play back, missing frames or colors may occur during the playback, or themotion picture may not play back smoothly.There may be noise in the audio or the motion picture may not playback smoothly at the part wherethe resolution or audio of the motion picture is switched. It may play back with a lower frame ratedepending on the processing performance of the PC, making it unable for a smooth playback.Panorama pictures saved in QuickTimeformat cannot be played back.Pictures cannot be played back if not associated with QuickTime Player.Right click on the icon in Explorer and associate the picture with QuickTime Player. After doingthis, double clicking on the thumbnail will play it back.Motion picture cannot be edited. Only the motion pictures or still pictures on the PC are able to be edited or used to createmedia. Copy the pictures on the media to the PC first.Edited differently to the specified frame. It may be edited differently to the frame specified in the editing operation depending on themotion picture.
