Edit mode45LSQT0860Printing pictures by directlyconnecting to the printer (PictBridge)To print pictures by directly connecting theCamcorder to the printer, use a printer compatiblewith PictBridge. (Read the operating instructionsfor the printer.)≥Insert a card and set to Picture PlaybackMode.1 Connect the Camcorder and the printer withthe supplied USB cable.1 USB cable≥The [PictBridge] indication appears on thescreen of the Camcorder.(When the printer is being recognized, the[PictBridge] indication blinks.)≥When no card is inserted in the Camcorder, the[PictBridge] indication does not appear. (Youcannot print any pictures.)≥When the Camcorder and the printer are notconnected properly, the [PictBridge] indicationkeeps blinking. (It will blink for just over1 minute.) Connect the cable or check theprinter.≥We recommend using the AC adaptor as thepower supply.≥When images are displayed in multi-screen,they cannot be printed.2 Select [SINGLE PRINT] or [DPOF PRINT].≥If there is no file with a DPOF setting, youcannot select [DPOF PRINT].≥When you select [DPOF PRINT] for printingset the number of prints in DPOF setting.≥When [DPOF PRINT] is selected, print afteryou determine the paper size.3 Move the joystick left and right to select adesired picture, and then press it.4 Select the desired number of prints.≥You can set up to 9 prints.5 Select the setting for date printing.≥If the printer is not capable of date printing,this setting will be unavailable.6 Select the paper size.[STANDARD]: Size specific to the printer[4k5 INCH][5k7 INCH][4k6 INCH][A4]≥You cannot set paper sizes not supported onthe printer.7 Set [PRINT] >> [YES] to start printing.ª When you stop printing halfwayMove the joystick down.≥Avoid the following operations during printing.These operations disable proper printing.≥Disconnecting the USB cable≥Removing the card≥Switching the mode dial≥Turning off the power≥Check the settings for the paper size, quality ofprint, etc. on the printer.≥You cannot print pictures that cannot be playedon the Camcorder.1PictBridge
