Replacement of the oven lightbulb Door removalIn order to obtain easier access to the ovenchamber for cleaning, it is possible toremove the door.To do this, tilt the safety catch part of thehinge upwards. Close the door lightly, liftand pull it out towards you. In order to fitthe door back on to the cooker, do theinverse. When fitting, ensure that the notchof the hinge is correctly placed on theprotrusion of the hinge holder. After thedoor is fitted to the oven, the safety catchshould be carefully lowered down again. Ifthe safety catch is not set it may causedamage to the hinge when closing thedoor.CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE18 19Before any maintenance is startedinvolving electrical parts, theappliance must be disconnectedfrom the power supply.If the oven has been in use, let theoven cavity and the heating elementscool down before attempting anymaintenance.Changing the bulbUnscrew the protective cover. Werecommend that you wash and dry theglass cover at this point.Carefully remove the old bulb andinsert the new bulb suitable for hightemperatures (300 ℃) having thefollowing specifications: 220-240V ,50Hz, 25W, G9 fitting.Refit the protective cover.IMPORTANTNever use screwdrivers or otherutensils to remove the light cover.This could damage the enamel of theoven or the lampholder. Remove onlyby hand.IMPORTANTNever replace the bulb with barehands as contamination from yourfingers can cause premature failure.Always use a clean cloth or gloves.Please note:The bulb replacement is not coveredby your guarantee Door removalCLEANING AND MAINTENANCEBy ensuring proper cleaning and maintenanceof your oven you can have a significantinfluence on the continuing fault freeoperation of your appliance.Before you start cleaning, the oven mustbe switched off and you should ensure thatall knobs are set to the “0”position. Do notstart cleaning until the oven hascompletely cooled.OvenThe oven should be cleaned after everytime use.Cool the oven completely beforecleaning.Never clean the appliance withpressurized hot steam cleaner!The oven chamber should only bewashed with warm water and a smallamount of washing-up liquid.Steam cleaning-pour 250ml of water (1 glass) into abowl placed in the oven on the first levelfrom the bottom.-Close the oven door,-Set the temperature knob to 100 , and℃the function knob to the bottom heaterposition,-heat the oven chamber forapproximately 30 minutes,-Open the oven door, wipe the chamberinside with a cloth or sponge and washusing warm water with washing-upliquid.After cleaning the oven chamber wipe itdry.Caution!Do not use cleaning products containingabrasive materials for the cleaning andmaintenance of the glass front panel.Utensils-Use pans with flat bottoms. Uneven or thin bottoms will waste energy and cook slowly.‐ Use pans slightly larger than the hot plates. Smaller pans will waste energy.‐ Do not use oversized pans. The colour changes are dependent on the temperaturelevels and is common to all electric cooktops.
