A 15 amp, 120 volt circuit isrequired. A dedicated circuit is preferred but not essentialin all cases. A dedicated circuit will be required if, afterinstallation, the circuit trips or fuse blows on a regularbasis when the heater is operated. Additional applianceson the same circuit may exceed the current rating of thecircuit breaker.• Before plugging heater into wall outlet, make sure allcontrol switches are in the “OFF” position. To accessthe controls, lift up on the lower grille panel and rotate itforward.• If the power cord is not being used, go to Step B below. Ifthe cord does not reach the outlet, a No. 16-AWG minimumwire size extension cord rated for a minimum of 1875 wattsmay be used.
