Q-Drive.exe: scanning for active drivesOnce a drive has been connected to it, it is possible to change the various parametersavailable on each page. Moving around and selecting the parameters is done using thefollowing keys:Change Pages:The page displayed on the computer is changed by pressing the key. will move backwards through the pages.Select ParametersThe up/down arrow keys are used to select the desired parameter on each page. Theselected parameter appears in reverse video, Figure 13. shows Proportional Gain as theselected parameter.Change Values:The plus key <+> and the minus key <-> change the value of the selected parameterdisplayed in reverse video. It is also possible to directly enter a value from thekeyboard, simply type in the new value and press the key.Save Settings:The key saves all settings to non-volatile (EEPROM) memory and in some casesactivates the changed value.Read File:A file containing preset drive parameters can be downloaded to the drive using the key. Pressing this key will present the default drive parameter file name,QDRIVE.CFG, this file name can be erased and replaced with another file name.
