Airbag Warning LightYou will want to have the airbags ready toinflate for your protection in a collision. TheAirbag Warning Light monitors the internalcircuits and interconnecting wiring associatedwith airbag system electrical components. While theairbag system is designed to be maintenance free, if anyof the following occurs, have an authorized dealer ser-vice the airbag system immediately.• The Airbag Warning Light does not come on duringthe four to eight seconds when the ignition switch isfirst turned to the ON/RUN position.• The Airbag Warning Light remains on after the four toeight-second interval.• The Airbag Warning Light comes on intermittently orremains on while driving.NOTE: If the speedometer, tachometer, or any enginerelated gauges are not working, the Occupant RestraintController (ORC) may also be disabled. The airbags maynot be ready to inflate for your protection. Promptlycheck the fuse block for blown fuses. Refer to the labellocated on the inside of the fuse block cover for theproper airbag fuses. See your authorized dealer if thefuse is good.Event Data Recorder (EDR)This vehicle is equipped with an event data recorder(EDR).
