(Auto power off) The battery pack becomes hot after use and theportable DVD player also becomes hot during use. This is not malfunction.When the battery pack is not to be used for a long period, be sure to remove it fromthe portable DVD player. If the battery pack is left attached, continual flow of weakcurrent renders it overdischarged and eventually unusable even whenyou try to charge it later.If the portable DVD player is switched on while the battery pack is not fully charged, the operation may sometimes be unstable. Be sure to charge the battery pack fully beforeuse.StorageWhen the battery pack is stored for a long period, at least once a year it is recommendedto discharge it fully on the portable DVD player, recharge it fully and store it again.Service life and disposalWhen the charging time or available operation time becomes extremely short, the batterymay be reaching the end of its life.
