V User Manual Impulse Pedelec 215.3 Setting and programming the LCDdisplayBy pressing the Set button, you can switch between thevarious displays within the information area (named“main menu” in the illustration). Pressing and holding theSet button will take you from any display in the informa-tion area/main menu to the menu sub-items• Delete trip data• Delete overall data• Device settings• Target cost• BackYou can select the menu sub-items using the two arrowkeys on the control panel. You can confirm your selectionby pressing the Set button. The respective contents arethen displayed for you. You can also make changes to thesettings. In order to return to the information area/mainmenu display from the menu sub-items, you must selectthe menu item “Back” and confirm by pressing the Setbutton.5.3.1 Delete trip data /Delete overall dataUnder the menu sub-items “Delete trip data” and “Deleteoverall data”, you can delete the kilometres indicated forthe current day trip and the total kilometres covered. Ifyou wish to do so, select the option “Yes” using the arrowkeys on the control panel and then press the Set buttonto confirm your selection. Then you will be taken back tothe menu sub-item display once more. If you select andconfirm the option “No”, the information remains in placeand you are, likewise, taken back to the menu sub-itemdisplay.5.3.2 Device settingsUnder the menu sub-item “Device settings”, you canchange the following display settings:• Contrast (➠ 5.3.2.1)• Brightness (➠ 5.3.2.2)• Language (➠ 5.3.2.3)• Wheel circumference (➠ 5.3.2.4)• Unit (➠ 5.3.2.5)• Name (➠ 5.3.2.6)• Factory settings (➠ 5.3.2.7)• Software (➠ 5.3.2.8)Using the two arrow keys on the control panel, you canselect the sub-items and confirm by pressing the Set but-ton. The menu item “Back” will take you back to the mainmenu.5.3.2.1 ContrastYou can leave the contrast of the display at its presetlevel or adjust it in 5% steps to between -35% to +20%by pressing the two arrow keys. The change in contrast isimplemented immediately. Pressing the Set button con-firms your selection and then takes you back to the menusub-item display.5.3.2.2 BrightnessYou can leave the brightness of the display at its presetlevel or adjust it in 5% steps to between 0% and 50% bypressing the two arrow keys. The change in brightness isimplemented immediately. Pressing the Set button con-firms your selection and then takes you back to the menusub-item display.5.3.2.3 LanguageYou can choose to have the information shown on thedisplay in the following languages:• Deutsch• English• Francais• Nederlands• Espanol• Italiano• Suomi• DanskYou can select the relevant language using the two arrowkeys.
