30Unpacking the CookerDo not take any packaging off the cooker until it isdirectly in front of the place it is to be installed (unlessit will not fi t through a door in its outer packaging).Cut the banding straps and lift the cardboard box offthe cooker, LEAVING THE COOKER STANDING ONTHE BASE PACKAGING. See the loose unpackingsheet.Moving the CookerThe cooker is very heavy. Take great care.We recommend two people manoeuvre the cooker.Ensure that the fl oor covering is fi rmly fi xed, orremoved to prevent it being disturbed when movingthe cooker around. You will need the levelling tool.From the back tilt the cooker forward and remove therear half of the polystyrene base pack.Repeat from the front and remove the front half of thepoly base.LOWER THE TWO REAR ROLLERS.First fi t the levelling tool on the hexagonal adjustingnut as shown below.Make 10 complete (360º) turns clockwise. (Thismeans turning and removing the levelling tool 20times).Make sure you lower BOTH REAR ROLLERS. Thereare two adjusting nuts, one for each roller, at both thefront bottom corners of the cooker.Unfold the rear edge of pack base tray. Open thegrill door and the Tall oven door. Grip under the faciapanel and lift the front of the cooker.Carefully push the cooker backwards off the packbase. Remove the pack base tray. Position the cookerclose to its fi nal position leaving just enough space toget behind it.Do not use the door handles or control knobs tomanoeuvre the cooker. Use the hotplate and griddlebowl areas.LevellingYou are recommended to use a spirit level on a shelfin one of the ovens to check for level.Place the cooker in its intended position taking carenot to twist it within the gap between the kitchen unitsas damage may occur to the cooker or the units.The front feet and rear rollers can be adjusted tolevel the cooker. To adjust the height of the rear ofthe cooker use the levelling tool supplied to turnthe adjusting nuts at the front bottom corners of thecooker. To set the front feet turn the bases to raise orlower.
