Regency ® L676E Direct Vent Gas Fireplace38MAINTENANCE4) Disconnect both sources of power; the power cord, located on theleft hand side of the firebox and the wires connected to the back-upbattery located on the right side of the firebox.Back-upBattery5) Remove the control box by carefully lifting off the velcro and sliding itout from the side of the firebox.NOTE: The control box will need to be flipped as it is being broughtout from the side of the firebox.6) Disconnect the wire harnesses from the control board labelled A, C,D, E & F. Do not disconnect the the jumper cables labelled B.7) Disconnect the spark cable and flame sensor wires from the controlboard.8) Remove the cable tie from control box to release the wires. Do notdiscard cable tie.9) Remove the ground screw from the side of the control box. Do notdiscard the ground screw.FA C D E10) Replace the control box.11) Re-connect wires harnesses. Ensure that the cables match the letterslabelled on the control box and are securely connected.12) Reinstall the ground screw.13) Reverse steps 8 to 1.PowerReceptacleMAINTENANCE
