Part # Description1 904-241 Burner Orifi ce #561 918-590 Decal "Converted toLPG"1 908-528 Red "LPG" label1 904-529 5/32" Allen Key1 910-037 LPG Injector(Pilot Orifi ce)1 918-770 Instruction SheetInstallation of the LPGConversion Kit:1) Shut off the gas supply.2) a) Remove the Faceplate by lifting it offof the fl ush doorb) Remove the fl ush door (see page 37).c) Remove the Colbalt Glass Crystals orCeramic Stones. Also removeStainless Steel Panels (if installed -see page 35).d) Remove the 2 screws holding theBurner Assembly to the fi rebox base.Lift out the burner assembly.(See Diagrams 1 & 2)6) Unscrew the pilot orifi ce with the Allenkey and replace with the LPG pilot orifi cein the kit and replace pilot cap.(See Diagram 6)7) Remove burner orifi ce with a 1/2"wrench and discard. Use anotherwrench to hold on to the elbow belowthe orifi ce. (See Diagram 7)Burner Orifi ce8) Reinstall new burner orifi ce LPGstamped #56 and tighten.4) With Burner Assembly removed, lift outfi rebox base. (See Diagram 4)3) Remove the pebble retainer bar by liftingit out from the front of the fi rebox base(See Diagram 3).5) Pull off the pilot cap to expose the pilotorifi ce.
