Setting front guard for transportTo prepare the mower for transport and to meet safety precautions, please do the following: lift the mower's front guard and secure it with pin, lift the mower with tractor hydraulic lift until the lower lift pins of the mower 3-point linkageframe raise about 1' 8" above the ground (Fig. 13), remove safety pin (1) and place it in bushing (2) (Fig. 10a), lift the cutterbar vertically with hydraulic cylinder and lock the locking pawl (Z) (Fig. 10b), secure the cutterbar against falling by activating the shut-off valve (Z) (Fig. 12b) placed on themower’s hydraulic cylinder, dismount PTO shaft from tractor, lift support leg and secure it with cotter.WARNING:During transport, the shut-off valve lever must be closed in (Z) position (Fig.12b). This prevents the mower against accidental dismantling if unexpectedmotion of the tractor and the mower occurs – in worst case, causing potentialcracks on hydraulic hose, leading to an accident.Fig. 12.
