14 PROGRAMMING MACHINE FUNCTIONSLANGUAGE This function permits to change the language on thedisplay. You can select: Italian, German, Portuguese,Spanish, English, French, Polish, Swedish, and Dutch.The appliance is usually programmed to the language ofthe country in which it is sold.WATERHARDNESSLANGUAGE *WATER HARDN. Check how manysquares change color.The appliance is factory set on a hardness value of 3. Thesetting should be adjusted according to the level of waterhardness to be used with the machine.The hardness of tap, bottled and filtered water may varydepending on the region, brand and filter used.
