91Messaging SettingsTo configure the settings for text messages, Voice mails, andPush messages, follow these steps:1. From a Home screen, touch Apps ➔Messaging ➔ Menu ➔ Settings.2. Touch Menu for these options:• Settings:Display– Bubble style: Select a colored bubble style for displayed text.– Background style: Select a background style for the display.Storage settings– Delete old messages: Deletes old message when themaximum number of messages are reached for storage.– Text message limit: Sets the limit for the number of textmessages allowed per conversation.Text message (SMS) settings– Manage SIM card messages: Manages messages stored onyour SIM card.– Message center: Displays an editable Message centernumber. Edit the number (if desired) then touch OK to save.– Input mode: Select the input mode for composing messages.Selections are: GSM alphabet, Unicode, or Automatic (default).Push message settings– Push messages: allows you to receive push messages fromthe network and allows you to select the creation mode, Free,Restricted, or Warning.Cell Broadcast (CB) settings– CB activation: allows you to receive Cell Broadcast (CB)messages.– Channel configuration: Allows you to set up the channel thatyou will receive CB messages on.Notification settings– Notifications: allows you to see message notifications on yourstatus bar.– Select ringtone: Allows you to set the ringtone for yourmessage notifications.EmailUse Email to view and manage all your email accounts in oneapplication.
