The exposure compensation button lets you setexposure compensation from -2 to +2 (EV), at intervals of 1/3 EV. How to set exposure compensation1. Press the exposure compensationbutton in the shooting mode.2. Set a desired exposure compensationvalue by using the LEFT/RIGHT but-tons or the Smart Dial.3. Press the OK button to save a configured value.The exposure compensation icon ( ) appears on the LCDscreen after you set exposure compensation as long as theexposure compensation value is not 0.0EV.Ä Note that the LCD screen will look blurry or will not displaygood images if you set a [+] exposure compensation.
