Your phonewill also display the or indicator.Can I make calls and use data services at the same time?You can use voice and data services simultaneously.You can receive a call while data service is active. Youcan place an outgoing call anytime, but it can interruptany in-progress data session.When is my data connection active?Your connection is active when data is beingtransferred. Outgoing calls are allowed; incoming callsgo directly to voicemail. When active, the orindicator animates on your phone’s display screen.When is my data connection dormant?If your phone receives no data for 10 seconds, theconnection goes dormant. When the connection isdormant, you can make and receive voice calls. (Theconnection may become active again quickly.) If yourphone receives no data for an extended period of time,the connection will terminate.Can I sign out of data services?You can sign out without turning off your phone;however, you will not be able to browse the Web or useother data services.
